    It's Not Tomorrow

I promised I’d ask myself, so here we go:

    Quo Vado?

    1. How will you spend your vacation time this year? Mom and Aunt are coming for a visit in the summer, so a couple of days will possibly go there. I’m considering a personal retreat to the beach in early fall and I’m required to be home for Christmas, so the last two or three days will be ‘mental health’ days spread through the year.

    2. Do you want to grow up? Please explain. No thanks; I’m enjoying being a kid. Any way, if I grew up I’d be way too stuffy.

    3. How long ago were you a student and do you plan on becoming one again? It’s been about eight years since I was in a classroom, and I’ll be returning for a crash course in about 16 months if God doesn’t laugh.

    4. If God laughs at your plans, what will change in your life? I’ll still be here doing what I’m doing now; only I’ll have passed the PE exam and be more frustrated with life than I was two months ago. In all reality, if God changes my plans, I’ll just try another path, because I’m not staying here forever.

    5. Whom would you take on a road trip, what would your destination be and what would you see along the way? Subjecting myself to someone for the duration of a road trip would be difficult, but I’d take Squid and we’d head out toward San Francisco to walk the big bridge they have along the way. We’d stop along the way at all the dead presidents homes we could find in honor of my father, every Camping World and Bass Pro Shop we pass, and the occasional ‘take in the view’ spot.
